Include the tool’s name, your browser and device, what you expected, and what happened. A small non-sensitive example is usually more useful than an entire private document or image. For a calculation, include the inputs and the result you expected.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, private student records or images that you do not want to share. The website has no account system, upload inbox or support chat. Email is handled outside the browser tools by the email service used for the correspondence.

You can also review the methodology and practical guides for explanations of the tools’ assumptions and supported operations.
